Returns Policy

Dumb Blonde does not accept responsibility for sizing exchanges as we do not stock alternative sizes on hand, this is to eliminate waste as stated in our sustainability statement.

Refunds can not be issued for items unless deemed misprinted/damaged/defective at the suppliers fault. You can launch a misprinted/damaged/defective order claim with Dumb Blonde within four weeks of the estimated delivery date to be eligible for a full refund or replacement product. Please contact us to arrange a faulty claim.
Photos and records of item quality are kept before shipment to each customer by the supplier.

Each product has a sizing chart and detailed fabric information attached in the description to allow customers to choose the correct sizing before making a purchase.

Our returns policy is revolved heavily around our sustainability statement and the desire to limit shipping Co2 emissions and excess production waste.

Shipping Policy

At Dumb blonde the label we use print on demand for our collection, creating an item only when you have placed your order! The product is also shipped directly from the supplier to your door step, this eliminates excess handling / excess shipping. Your product only does one trip to get to you - reducing Co2 emissions. 

This means when you purchase a product you must allow 1-4 days for the order to be fulfilled by the printing company (each design is created specially for you). Once the product has been created it is shipped directly from the printer to your hands.

Unfortunately the affects of Covid-19 have created uncertainty around shipping time frames. We provide all customers with step by step updates on shipping but request you allow up to 30 business days for delivery times with flat rate shipping orders (this is worst case scenario of course).

Our Print on demand warehouses will outsource products from other warehouses when required due to stock affected by Covid-19 and the 2022 floods which affected Eastern parts of Australia. These products are still sustainably sourced and from the same Print on demand company. Please refer to shipping estimates for a more accurate time frame. All designs are created in Shark Bay W.A, however it is more environmentally friendly to make things as they are ordered than to order in bulk (this creates waste).

Dumb Blonde the label covers shipping costs and C02 reduction costs for our wonderful customers.

Although print on demand can potentially take longer to arrive, your products will be well worth the wait and the environment thanks you for making this switch in how you shop!

Lost Items

Lost packages can be tracked through used shipping couriers as they accept full responsibility for lost parcels during transit.
Dumb Blonde the label endeavors to assist customers if they are unsuccessful in retrieving lost items.
